How it works

Zyclings are pixel creatures on the Zycord cEVM, drawn from traits stored in the contract. The first species, Embrix, has 256 rare pieces, opened in 16 waves of 16: in a wave, 15 pieces are sold at a Dutch price that falls each epoch (about a day) to a floor, and one legendary piece is auctioned (a bid in its last epoch moves the end one epoch on). Wave sales and auctions go 70% to the administrator and 30% is burned; on a resale the seller gets 95%; a transfer pays a tax of 5% of the creature's birth value. The administrator cannot set prices, change the collection or touch anyone's creatures: the contract has no function for it.

Breeding (when it is open): two of your Zyclings of one species give a new one. For each trait you pick the parent it comes from; about one child in ten mutates, and the preview shows the exact child and its price before you pay. A look can be born only once.

Act from your persistent address (the one you add at the top of the page) on the wallet's approval screen: a creature belongs to the address that acts. Your wallet must be on testnet, with site connections turned on in its Settings. Near the end of an epoch actions that depend on it are disabled for a few minutes.
